Where do you source your materials?
We work with UK-based suppliers and partners who provide ethically sourced gemstones, diamonds, and recycled gold.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes, we provide certifications for all our diamonds from reputable gemological laboratories, verifying their authenticity and quality.
Do you only do custom rings?
All our rings are custom and made-to-order to ensure every piece is perfect and to prevent overproduction.
How long does a bespoke design take?
The timeline for creating a bespoke piece varies based on many factors, but typically you can expect a design process of 3-4 weeks and production of 4-5 weeks.
Do I get to see my custom design before the ring is made?
Yes! During the design process, you will receive digital renderings of the ring, and we can provide a 3D replica of the ring at your request.
Can you source a specific stone for me?
Absolutely. If there is a very specific stone type or quality you are looking for, just let us know.
Can I return a custom design?
As each of our rings is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns. However, we can accept an exchange or credit towards a future design, provided that you let us know within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date and the jewellery is unworn.
Jewellery care
We recommend regularly cleaning your jewellery with a soft brush and warm, soapy water, and we suggest removing all jewellery while using any chemicals, lotions, beauty products, or perfumes.
