Our bespoke design service is the perfect choice if you desire a handmade, unique, and eco-conscious engagement ring. Our designs are created with sustainably sourced natural and lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals, all made in the U.K. using traditional techniques that leave a minimal environmental footprint.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
CONSULTATION
Our process begins with an initial consultation, either over the phone or in person. During this consultation, we will discuss a variety of design ideas that fit your budget. Depending on the complexity of the design, we will be able to provide an estimated timeline. Feel free to ask any questions you may have, and we'll be happy to offer advice when needed.

GEMSTONE SELECTION
Each client receives a personalised selection of diamonds or gemstones to choose from, carefully curated to match their vision. We handpick only the finest quality stones, sourced from our trusted suppliers in Birmingham and London.
After we present the selection of gemstones, we assist you in choosing the right stones for your ring. We dedicate as much time as needed to discussing the specifications of each diamond and gemstone and the various value and quality aspects associated with them.
DESIGN
Once the perfect gemstone has been selected, we will begin modelling the engagement ring. At this stage we will share numerous design sketches and digital renderings, working closely with you to refine the design until it is just right. If desired, we can also create a resin model of the ring.
Once we have agreed on the final design, we will provide you with a final quote. After confirming all the details, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit. We will then begin the work of casting, polishing, and setting the gemstone, with each stage of the process taking place in one of our British-based workshops.
COMPLETION
Following the gemstone setting and final polishing, we will perform a final check to ensure that the ring is crafted to the highest standards.
We will then arrange shipping or collection in person. At this time, the final invoice will be sent for payment.
